The renovation of 3 separate apartment communities in Rochester, New York. In total this includes 516 units in 53 buildings including a separate office building and two support buildings. All to include interior remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, windows and electrical upgrades, plumbing, electrical mechanical, site and general repairs, improvements and landscaping. LECESSE partnered with Konopka Architecture on this project.

LECESSE served as Construction Manager and Design Builder in the new construction of a 75,000 square foot mixed-use 3-story housing project in the historic riverside district in downtown Rochester. The 67 residential units with both under and above ground tenant parking also feature office and commercial retail space. The wood frame brick veneer facility includes one and two-bedroom "loft" style townhouse units as well as 44 one and two-bedroom "flats" situated in an L-shaped lay-out. LECESSE partnered with Barkstrom-LaCroix on this project.

LECESSE served as General Contractor and Construction Manager in the new construction of this 900,000 square foot gated housing community with 487 apartment units in Orlando, Florida. Situated on a 38-acre site adjacent to a conservation area, the facility includes 12 garden-style buildings, 5 carriage-house buildings and 16 townhouse buildings with enclosed patios and balconies. A 13,000 square foot clubhouse boasts an exterior covered summer kitchen area with active rock water feature, pedestrian bridge, (2) cabanas, pergolas, spa and pool. The main entry to the property includes remote access control gates with video surveillance cameras and a masonry property wall with columns and active water feature. The community also includes (4) ponds with walking/nature trails around two of the ponds, an auditorium, (2) mail kiosks, a maintenance building, leasing offices, parking, garages and a car wash station. LECESSE partnered with Jacobs & Associates, Inc. on this project.

LECESSE served as Construction Manager on the new construction of a 26,800 square foot 2-story apartment community with 18 two and three bedroom units, serving single parent families in Rochester, NY. The urban facility combines affordable, transitional housing with childcare, self-sufficiency counseling and a variety of other support services. It boasts a community center and an outdoor play area. LECESSE partnered with Bergmann Associates on this project.

Erie Station Village, Phase II

LECESSE Construction served as Construction Manager for Konar Properties on the new construction of an 117,000 square foot apartment and townhouse community in West Henrietta, NY. The complex includes 88 market rate apartments in 18 stand-alone buildings in 5 unique styles. In addition, there is a 2,700 square foot leasing building with fitness center and community room. Each townhouse boasts a private front porch, a covered breezeway leading to a single car garage and a rear patio. The facility also includes stand-alone garage units, miles of sidewalks, a stone dust nature trail and pond. Each unit is handicap adaptable. LECESSE partnered with Devlin Architecture on this project.

LECESSE Construction served as Construction Manager in the new construction of a 500,000 square foot housing community in Greenwich, Rhode Island. The 300-unit luxury apartment complex includes thirteen 22-unit garden style buildings and seven 2-unit carriage homes with attached garages. The property also includes 10 multi-bay free standing garage buildings, a million dollar resort center consisting of a state-of-the-art fitness and business center, children's lounge, indoor spa and outdoor pool. The clubhouse and pool are WiFi areas giving residents unlimited wireless internet access at those locations. Other amenities include patios, balconies, 9-foot and vaulted ceilings. LECESSE was able to tap into the natural resources of this old rock quarry by excavating rock and stone to build a massive retaining wall and entrance sign on the property. LECESSE partnered with The Lang Architectural Group on this project.

LECESSE Construction served as Construction Manager for Providence Housing Development Corp. and Rochester Cornerstone Group on the 61,150 square foot new construction of 48 affordable townhouse units in Rochester, New York. The facility includes 3 new city streets, 21 townhouse units with 5 handicap units and a 4000 square foot community center with full kitchen and laundry facilities. LECESSE partnered with SWBR Architects on this project.

LECESSE Construction served as Construction Manager for Housing Opportunities, Inc. in the new construction of a transitional housing center in Rochester, New York. Wilson Commencement Park is a 50 unit cape cod-style townhouse community serving single parent low-income families. The facility includes a separate building for offices and daycare. LECESSE partnered with Barkstrom & LaCroix on this project.

LECESSE Construction served as construction manager for Konar Properties on the new construction of a 220,660 square foot apartment and townhouse community in West Henrietta, NY. The “new urbanist” complex includes 156 market rate apartments with back alley parking, friendly porch stoops, and tree lined streetscapes. Ten unique building styles, in an agricultural vernacular, were used for 25 separate apartment buildings. Building designs included tuck-under, attached and detached garages. A high level of finish is found both in and outside of these units with upgraded carpet, tile, sheet vinyl, door hardware, interior railing systems and interior lighting. The exterior is finished with brick, cultured stone and Hardi-Plank clapboard siding. LECESSE partnered with Urban Design Associates on this project by delivering fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems using the design–build delivery method.
