Hobart-William Smith Colleges - O'Dell Student Housing

New construction of a 15,000 square foot on campus student housing complex consisting of 48 bedroom units. The facility includes 12 two-story apartment suites with patios designed to compliment the three existing student housing facilities. Amenities include high efficiency boilers, high velocity air conditioning, fire sprinklers, and a fully accessible handicap unit and laundry commons. LECESSE partnered with SWBR Architects on this project.

New construction of a 340,000 square foot housing campus situated on the northeast corner of Rochester Institute of Technology, in Rochester, New York. The concept of offering student housing in conjunction with community professionals on campus is the first of its kind in this type of development. The campus includes 29 two-to-five bedroom town homes in 4 different style buildings with a total bed count of 816. Each apartment unit has a living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry closet, and high-speed data connection. LECESSE partnered with Chaintreuil Jensen Stark on this project.

LECESSE Construction served as General Contractor in the new construction of a 48,250 square foot, 25 unit, residential student facility at Alfred State College. Built into a sloping hillside, the 150 bed townhouse-style complex boasts six residential buildings and a stand alone community center. Each impeccably manicured brick unit offers four or five apartments, each is equipped with a full kitchen, living room, two-and-a-half baths and six private bedrooms. The commons building contains a centralized laundry area, meeting facilities and a kitchen and serving area. LECESSE partnered with SWBR Architects on this project.

LECESSE Construction served as general contractor for the NYS Dormitory Authority State Construction Fund at SUNY Fredonia on the 95,000 square foot renovation and addition of a new residence hall. The 124-bed premium student housing includes resident and guest units. The four-story residence and dining hall is a new addition to the two-story dining center. University Commons also includes the addition of a 2,400 square foot Starbucks coffee house, a convenience store, a campus bookstore and multi-use common areas. LECESSE partnered with Kideney Architects on this project.
