Accounting - Construction (West Henrietta, NY)

In this role, you will be able to demonstrate your consulting skills and leadership abilities as you will be responsible for the:

  • preparation of financial reports and analysis;
  • coordination of the annual budget process and quarterly forecasts;
  • managing the month-end and year-end closing processes;
  • preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations;
  • sales and payroll tax compliance

Requirements: Degreed candidates who have accounting experience within the construction field. Position title, duties and pay will be commensurate with experience. Co-Op Student: Assistant Superintendent Description  (Waterloo, NY)

This position will contribute to client satisfaction by assisting in the supervision of a building project under the direction of a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent. This person will contribute to ensuring that the project is completed safely and on schedule, and meets the quality expectations of the customer and LECESSE while maintaining project budget.

Requirements: Ideal candidates will be enrolled in a Construction Management program or equivalent. Exposure to blueprint reading is a plus. This project will be in the Waterloo, NY region. If you meet these minimum requirements, please apply by clicking here:

Co-Op Student: Assistant Superintendent (Waterloo)

 

Co-Op Student: Assistant Project Manager (West Henrietta, NY)

This position will be responsible for assisting with several projects (such as senior housing facilities and multi-family complexes) simultaneously. This role will work with team members on the schedule, budget and cash projection while ensuring a quality project is completed. This position will report directly to a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
