Andrew R. Hislop

As Vice Chairman, Andy exemplifies the fundamental spirit of diplomacy and professionalism that is LECESSE Construction. He joined the company in 1984 and has been a member of the corporate executive team since 1997. A results driven leader, Andy’s business philosophy is centered on providing the utmost in customer service through the company’s core values of safety, integrity, ownership, collaboration, candor and community. Andy focuses on the long-term strategic direction of the company and is an intense proponent of professional development and personal accountability. His passion for cultivating current and future company leaders ensures the best experience for our clients.

Andy attended the University of North Carolina, where he majored in architecture. He earned a BS degree in Construction Management from Utica College at Syracuse University and continues industry related studies and leadership classes.  


Rufus Judson

As Chief Executive Officer, Rufus brings more than 20 years of construction expertise and a passion for construction excellence. He concentrates on directing high-level strategic initiatives while enhancing client relations in an effort to provide world-class service to our customers. Committed to strengthening operations, Rufus works to develop solutions that enhance and satisfy our clients’ distinct business objectives. Rufus is a well-rounded professional dedicated to the continuous improvement of project management and service. Recognizing service as an integral component of business and community Rufus is active in civic, industry and philanthropic initiatives.

Rufus attended Union College and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester.





Mauricio Riveros

As President, Mauricio directs the day-to-day operations of the company, formulating plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives, ensuring profitable growth and fulfilling the company’s commitment to the community.  Mauricio is committed to raising the bar of operational excellence by streamlining efficiencies, standardizing best practices and challenging construction and renovation projects to adhere to the highest safety and quality standards.

Mauricio holds a Master of Economic Law from La Universidad Andina Simon Bolivar and a Law Degree from La Universidad Catolica Boliviana.  





Kenneth R. Ogden, LEED AP

As Vice President, Ken is responsible for building our brand and market position by identifying, recommending and overseeing the development of business opportunities and potential partnerships for LECESSE. In his 27 years with the company, he has acquired extensive knowledge and the aptitude to identify the critical challenges of complex projects. This experience has provided Ken the insight to creatively enhance project feasibility strategies, specifically in affordable, market-rate and senior housing construction. As part of the senior leadership team, he manages marketing initiatives with a focus on relationship development and the successful execution of the company’s strategic objectives.

Ken received a BS in Biomechanics from Penn State University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. Ken is a LEED Accredited Professional.



William O'Hanlon

As Executive Vice President, Bill has over 25 years of experience managing successful large scale construction projects. His leadership and direction enables our preconstruction teams to systematically and consistently replicate and incorporate meticulous detail in budgets, proposals, contracts, change orders and schedules regardless of where a project is located. Consistent with our strategic direction, Bill is dedicated to ensuring project success, through thorough planning, proactive forecasting and constant communication among team members.

Bill has a BS in Business Management and Applied Economics from Cornell University.



Barry Ingalsbe

A Vice President, Barry has more than 30 years of construction experience working with a wide range of clients, in both the public and private sectors, completing projects of all sizes and complexity. His responsibilities include managing the building process from preconstruction and planning through construction and turnover. Barry is especially familiar with the challenges of occupied facilities and large scale high-profile projects. His thoroughness and attention to detail is a company trademark, required for delivering the utmost quality in construction services with the goal of ensuring that all of our client’s needs are met.

Barry holds a Bachelor of Technology degree with a major in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and Monroe Community College.
