Mills at High Falls II

Mills at High Falls II also known as The Annex building is a historic renovation project. The building, totaling 34,000 square feet of mixed-use space was a renovation of an entire row of historic pre-Civil War buildings in downtown Rochester, New York. The project consisted of the preservation of urban storefronts and multiple residential units above. The award winning development integrates one of the only preserved sections of street in the City of Rochester. This project was made possible by the partnership between the Urban League of Rochester, LECESSE Construction and Barkstrom-LaCroix Architects. Awards received are the 2012 AIA Rochester Mayors Award and the 2012 NYS Preservation League Excellence in Historic Preservation Award.
