New York Wine & Culinary Center

The New York Wine & Culinary Center is an 18,500 square foot new build in Canandaigua, NY. The gateway center features a training kitchen for hands-on cooking classes, industrial kitchens for credited culinary classes, a tiered cooking demonstration theatre, a restaurant, a wine tasting center, retail shop and the administrative offices of the New York Wine & Grape Foundation. The proximity of the center to the water required the installation of underground piles, created by driving 16 steel columns down 20 to 30 feet for stabilization. LECESSE served as construction manager and partnered with Architect Tim Tyskiewicz on this project.
