Hill Haven Transitional Care Center

Rochester General Hospital’s, Hill Haven Transitional Care Center underwent a multi-phased campus renovation in Webster, NY. Phase one included roof reconstruction and fire protection systems including new fascia, soffits, additional roof vents, new lightning protection system and new heat trace system. Also, new and tie-in of existing sprinkler areas, new fire alarm system, window treatment, new nurse station desks, flooring, abatement for all hangers & penetrations. Phase two saw major interior renovations within a continuously occupied and operational facility with upgrades to all resident rooms, dining areas, country kitchen, cafe and laundry.

All phases included demolition and abatement of existing ceilings, replacement of exterior windows, installation of new HVAC, fire protection, showers, therapy tubs, electrical, nurse call and alarm systems along with upgrades to various interior finishes. LECESSE served as construction manager and partnered with Clark Patterson Lee on this project.
